Ron Chubb:  Accepting an invitation from Larry for a career change following 28 years with Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff (WSBA/WARM 103) Ron joined TeleCom as co-owner and President in 2001 to direct TeleCom sales.

Doreen Hinkle:  Doreen’s expertise is most noted by our customers for the excellent customized training she provides following a new phone system installation. Her technical skills and computer knowledge offers solid internal support to all of us at TeleCom. She’s been an officer since the beginning of the business in 1992.

Deb Angel:  Deb, along with Diane, also has the opportunity to greet our customers and as office manager coordinates the internal support necessary for our customer service.

Keith Hearn:  Working in the industry since 1997, and as the Technical Operations Manager since 2003, Keith’s goal is to have TeleCom’s technical team continue with the excellent and expedient service our customers have grown to expect. Keeping pace with the fast changing technologically environment is a key element in being able to achieve that goal.

Alan Shue: Alan is the "Michael Angelo" of phone installations - his installation boards are truly a work of art. Alan has been part of the TeleCom Team since 1999 and in addition to phone installations he has also managed large cabling jobs such as Target Stores.

Dan Cooley:  Dan decided to change careers and moved from a draftsman to join the team as a technician in 2003. Dan is involved with both large and small phone and cabling installations.

Jamie Rittenhouse:  Jamie joined the TeleCom Team in 2005 but his technical experience goes way back. His expertise in different phone systems and computer integration plays a significant role in our support efforts.
