"TeleCom has supported Stock and Leader for over 11 years. They provided and serviced our original analog switch in our original offices located in a 150-year-old town home. This was a very difficult infrastructure in which to modify and maintain a system, but they were always responsive and there was no problem they could not solve. Telecom was our partner in cabling our new office located on two floors totaling 28,000 square feet. They ran miles of new cable with hundreds of terminations for both our computer and telephone network. They were all delivered on time without one problem. Our move required our old service terminate on Friday and our new service start Monday morning. Telecom made sure that all our inbound and outbound service was continuous and switched to our new location without any downtime. In addition, each phone, extension and number was programmed and perfectly operational. And finally, they made sure that all our employees were properly trained on the new equipment. There were also no problems with our new computer network."
