I'd like to thank you and your fine staff for the seamless transition of our antiquated phone system with your state-of-the-art system.  Our entire staff was impressed with your team throughout the entire process right from the start.  The questionnaire survey was efficient and thought-provoking, the set-up of equipment quiet and behind-the-scenes and the actual switch-over quick and seamless, allowing us to proceed with zero interruption for staff or patients.   Excellent training done in advance of the switch-over gave our staff confidence on Day 1. Finally, requests for tweaks to the system were done immediately and cheerfully!  What can I say?!  Please pass our thanks on to Larry, Doreen, Keith and Mike.  They are super!  We look forward to working together for years to come and would gladly recommend Telecom to anyone and everyone!  Thanks again for a job well done.

TeleCom has supported Stock and Leader for over 11 years.  They provided and serviced our original analog switch in our original offices located in a 150-year-old town home.  This was a very difficult infrastructure in which to modify and maintain a system, but they were always responsive and there was no problem they could not solve. 

Telecom was our partner in cabling our new office located on two floors totaling 28,000 square feet.  They ran miles of new cable with hundreds of terminations for both our computer and telephone network.  They were all delivered on time without one problem. 

Our move required our old service terminate on Friday and our new service start Monday morning.  Telecom made sure that all our inbound and outbound service was continuous and switched to our new location without any downtime.  In addition, each phone, extension and number was programmed and perfectly operational.  And finally, they made sure that all our employees were properly trained on the new equipment.  There were also no problems with our new computer network.

The installation [of 100 phones] went off without a hitch; they are very experienced in telecommunications and networking, and we were very satisfied with the work.

I’m always ready to recommend TeleCom; their philosophy of having potential customers talk to their existing customers before choosing them is a credit to their service.  This was a fantastic experience for us, and the fact that the people we spoke to at the other companies had nothing but good things to say about Telecom and their services was what made the decision for us.

They have always been willing to help me with communication problems even when the issue didn’t directly involve their responsibilities or equipment.  Several times now the folks at Telecom have jumped into a situation on my behalf to help resolve problems with carriers. Anything you need they are willing to step up to the plate and deliver.
 
Their service is always above and beyond.  All the technicians are very helpful, thorough and friendly.  In today’s world, the fact that I have the cell phone numbers of almost every technician─and even the owner of the company—speaks volumes to the level of commitment that TeleCom affords its customers.

The installation [at 3 locations] was smooth; our people went home one night and came in the next morning to the new system. We added a lot of features and the training went very well.

I have to say TeleCom is very easy to deal with. I do not have to check their work; everything we asked for we have received. Their service is very professional, with a fast response, which makes my job easy. Their techs are fast and are always concerned about how our systems are working. If I call with a question I have a call back within ten minutes. 

I would highly recommend TeleCom and have many times; it is a very well-run business.
