Job Title: Project Estimator & Coordinator – Infrastructure Services 

Location: Hallam, PA
Department: Infrastructure Services
Reports To: Infrastructure Manager  

Key Responsibilities 

Project Estimation & Sales Support (Primary) 

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and project scope. 
  • Prepare accurate and detailed project estimates, including labor, materials, and timelines. 
  • Communicate estimates clearly to customers and internal stakeholders. 
  • Assist in developing proposals and supporting documentation for sales opportunities. 
  • Maintain pricing models and ensure estimates align with company standards and profitability goals. 
  • Act as a liaison between sales, technical teams, and customers during the pre-sales process. 

Project Coordination (Secondary) 

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day service tickets from initiation to completion. 
  • Track progress of service tickets, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met. 
  • Support the Project Manager with documentation, reporting, and communication for ongoing projects. 
  • Collaborate with the Dispatcher to ensure parts and resources are available for scheduled work. 
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, updates, and resolutions in the ticketing system. 
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and team efficiency. 

 

Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of experience in project estimation, coordination, or related field. 
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions. 
  • Proficiency with estimation and project management tools (e.g., ConnectWise, MS Project, or similar). 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure services. 

 

Preferred Skills 

  • Experience in a technical services or field service environment. 
  • Basic understanding of infrastructure components (e.g., networking, servers, cabling). 
  • Knowledge of scheduling and dispatching best practices.
