Managed IT Services 

We have a dedicated team of IT professionals that can provide direct IT support to your business or your business’s onsite IT staff. We offer several different plans based on your business needs for a monthly cost. Our MSP plans provide your business with our security software suite to allow PCs and servers to run at optimal performance and prevent downtime. Our plans also include 24/7 remote monitoring to proactively keep your network and device downtime to a minimum. Your MSP plan can also include onsite and remote help desk support, client remote access to workstations, centrally managed end point security, web content filtering, automated security patches, automated backups, and Microsoft 365.  

Unified Communications 

We sell and service business telephone and voice mail systems, specializing in premise and cloud-based unified communications, digital hybrid systems and Microsoft Teams integration. We design, install, program and train based on your requirements. We take pride in helping you discover the best applications for your company’s current and future needs.  

Infrastructure Cabling 

We can install cabling for your voice and data requirements with CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A cable and fiber optic cabling. We can move, test, change or add to your voice and data infrastructure. All cabling is installed according to industry standards, tested, certified, and labeled meticulously. We can provide cable certification, wire mapping and cable test data printouts. 

Security Cameras and Access Control 

Security cameras and access control solutions can create a safer work environment for you and your employees and can serve as a preventive measure to stop potential security risks before they begin. If you are looking to protect one area or multiple areas, we will provide your business with a security camera or access control solution that will meet your current and future needs.  

Sound masking 

Sound masking, the process of adding a low level, unobtrusive background sound to an environment to reduce the intelligibility of human speech and reduce noise distractions in that environment, is a critical component of acoustic design. When designing an optimal acoustic environment, we consider a variety of elements to address noise control and speech privacy. 

Paging 

Businesses still rely on paging systems for reliable mass communication through a network of speakers that ensure that a message is communicated to every area of a building simultaneously. An employee can simply pick up the phone, select the paging system and broadcast to the entire building.
