The Z 23W is built to perform.

The Z 23W brings together a vivid color display, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, built-in Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth in a powerful IP phone designed for users who depend on reliable communication throughout the day. Frequently used functions and contacts are easy to access through 21 programmable soft keys. A dedicated headset port, integrated Bluetooth, and Electronic Hook Switch support provide added flexibility for both wired and wireless headset users. The Z 23W also works seamlessly with Zultys’ ZAC Unified Communications applications, giving users the ability to manage calls and messages directly from their computer. Like other Zultys phones, the Z 23W is built around the open Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) standard and can be centrally managed through the Zultys MX Administrator application for faster deployment and a lower overall cost of ownership.

Key Features and Benefits

Remarkable HD Audio

A handsfree speakerphone with acoustic echo cancellation works together with wideband HD speaker, microphone, and handset components to provide clear, consistent audio. Conversations remain easy to hear and understand, helping reduce listening fatigue for users who spend a large portion of the day on the phone.

Color Display & Ease of Use

The Z 23W features a 2.8″ 320×240 pixel color display that presents detailed call information along with clear, dynamic icons designed to make everyday operation easier. Eight LCD-labeled buttons provide access to as many as 21 programmable keys across three pages of seven keys. Four context-sensitive soft keys positioned below the display make common functions such as conferencing, call transfers, and other day-to-day tasks simple to manage.

Wireless Headset Support (EHS)

The Z 23W can be paired with a compatible wireless headset and the Zultys EHS adapter for added freedom around the office. Employees who need to move away from their desk can benefit from Electronic Hook Switch control while remaining connected to calls. Simplified Deployment

From initial installation and configuration to future upgrades and system enhancements, the Zultys Z 23W is designed to help save time and reduce deployment costs. Dual auto-sensing switched Gigabit Ethernet ports reduce the need for additional cabling and make installation easier. Integrated IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet, combined with efficient power consumption, supports quick deployment while helping reduce energy use. Support for standard VLAN and QoS networking protocols helps ensure voice traffic receives priority across the network. Centralized provisioning is handled through the Zultys MX Administrator graphical management interface, providing a single point of control for the complete Zultys “all-in-one” Unified Communications solution.
